Art Discovery I Winter/Spring 2010 (Ages 6-7) / A collection curated by Christopher Rojas

Art Discovery 1 students began the Winter/Spring 2010 session by creating their very own, brand new world. Starting with just an outline of a landscape, the students filled the spaces with all the elements and possibilities that could exist. You will even find in this landscape, alien life forms and meteor showers amidst wildlife and a burning building! Over the course of the class each week, we continued to explore what our imaginary worlds looked like and what kind of things could live in it. We were able to tackle this question using a variety of scales and mediums which you will see here.
