Alex's story is a wonderful testament to the strength of the human will. Her energy and drive are inspiring on many levels, and I hope that everyone can discover the "Alex" in themselves.
My magazine featured the work of Venice Arts Mecca students in 2002, and I'm happy to see that Lynn's program is still such a success.
